These standard dimensions are general guidelines, not hard rules, and are material type and thickness dependent. Call or email with your particular details to see how we can work for you.

Material type and thickness dependent – standard dimensions

OD minimum/maximum: 2” – 58”

Height maximum = ODx2 or maximum 36”. This is a general guideline.

Minimum corner radius > material thickness. For instance, 16 gage steel (.059” thick) needs a radius of more than .059”. The greater the radius dimension, the deeper the part can be spun before breaking the material.

Up to a point, the thicker the material is, the deeper that can be drawn.
